Client services
Work for clients is governed by the proposal, agreement or invoice for that work. If those documents and these terms differ, the client agreement controls.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Clover under Clover’s own terms. TWIST does not receive or store your full card number on this website. Questions about a charge: support@twistmediagroup.com.
Our work and client brands
The TWIST name, logo and site design belong to TWIST Media Group LLC. Logos, products, photos and names of our clients belong to their owners and are shown with permission as examples of our work. Please do not copy or reuse them without the owner’s permission.

Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site: no spam through our forms or chat, no attempts to break or overload the site, and no false information in your requests.
